Brainchild – The Egg Lamp

The Egg Lamp’s lampshade is made of mouth-blown opal glass and the foot is made of 100% brass with a nice, brushed finish. The Egg Lamp is 30 cm high. The light in the lamp is dimmable, so you can turn the brightness up and down. The Egg Lamp is useful for many different moods and functions. 

The Egg Lamp is a literal interpretation of Arne Jacobsen’s armchair, The Egg, which was designed in 1958.

Be aware that the foot of the lamp is in untreated pure brass, which is why it will patinate over time. The foot can be polished glossy again with polishing cream for brass. The glass of the lamp is mouth-blown, which is why small air bubbles and unevenness may appear in the glass.
